1. Professional Standing: As a registered artist in the TIA Guild, you agree to maintain a composite Trust Score above 50 points. Dropping below this threshold will limit your project visibility.

2. Escrow Routing: You agree that all project payments, commissions, and workshop earnings must be routed through TIA Escrow. Direct, off-platform payments are strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban.

3. Quality Audits: By applying for higher trust tiers (Certified Pro, Master Creator, TIA Fellow), you authorize physical and digital audits of your workshop, tools, and craftsmanship materials.

4. Indian Tax Compliance: Artists are responsible for their local GST declarations. TIA will generate tax invoices on your behalf based on successfully completed escrow transactions.
