Sovereign Level: Living Heritage Master
The highest level. Handed to master artisans who possess rare traditional knowledge, lead local Chapters, and publish courses to the Academy. Approved by direct Council votes.

Milestone Escrow Vaults
TIA protects artisans and patrons by requiring 100% of each milestone budget to be deposited in a secure escrow vault before work starts. Released dynamically as the artisan publishes deliverables and chapter proofs.
Regional Chapter Arbitrage
Disputes are settled by a neutral Arbitrage Panel comprised of three Guild Masters from the regional Chapter and one independent design professional. Arbitrations are settled directly based on submitted milestone deliverables.
