1. Funding Mandate: Clients must fully fund each milestone in TIA Escrow before the artist is authorized to begin work. No credit terms are provided by the guild.

2. Review Timelines: Upon submission of a milestone deliverable by the artist, the client has 5 business days to approve it or file a modification request. If no action is taken, the milestone is auto-approved and paid.

3. Intellectual Property: Ownership of the physical/digital craft transfers to the client only after the final milestone payment is released from escrow.

4. Non-Solicitation: Clients agree not to solicit TIA artists for direct off-platform payments. Violations will result in account suspension and loss of escrow protections.
