2. Sovereign Creator Infrastructure: TIA is a creator economy operating system providing trust verification, automated escrow contracts, and decentralized local chapters. TIA is not a standard freelance site but a cultural infrastructure.

3. User Conduct: All visual assets, listings, and communications must conform to our Community Guidelines and pass moderation checks prior to public indexation.

4. Liability Limits: TIA maintains the escrow platform for transactions but does not assume direct liability for physical craftsmanship delays or intellectual property disputes, which are mediated under the Dispute Policy.
