Dispute Policy
Arbitration and milestone conflict resolution
1. Mediation Phase: If a client rejects a milestone deliverable, the parties must enter a 7-day cooperative review period to align on revisions.
2. Chapter Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute is escalated to the local TIA Chapter Council or an appointed panel of Master Creators in that specific skill vertical.
3. Resolution Binding: The Chapter Council will audit the work against the contract specification. The Council’s decision on whether to release, refund, or split the escrow funds is final and binding.
4. Legal Recourse: By using TIA Escrow, both clients and artists waive the right to litigate milestone disputes in court prior to completing the formal TIA Chapter Arbitration process.
